WebDialogAI uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver its services. This page is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

Note: Both Anthropic and OpenAI have committed to not using API-submitted data for model training. Data submitted through their APIs is processed solely to generate responses and is subject to their respective API data usage policies.

Changes to Sub-processors
We will notify customers at least 30 days before engaging a new sub-processor or making material changes to existing ones. Notifications are sent via email to the account owner.
