Website Crawling​

  1. Go to Knowledge Base in your dashboard
  2. Enter your website URL (e.g., https://example.com)
  3. Click Add & Crawl
  4. The crawler indexes all pages on your domain

Manual Upload​

Upload documents directly: PDF files, text files, and Markdown files.

Best Practices​

  1. Be comprehensive — more content = better answers
  2. Keep content updated — schedule regular re-crawls
  3. Structure content — use clear headings
  4. Add FAQs — explicit Q&A pairs work best
